When you acknowledge the important role that these parts play in your unfolding process and allow them expression, you can live an authentic, healthful life, that’s also in alignment with the processes of the world around you. You can allow yourself to be moved by your own naturally occurring wisdom and inspiration. You become free to discover your unique gifts and offer them to the world.
You are the authority on your own experience, and as you let go into trusting your process, you may surprise yourself by what you discover.
This is the journey to self love, and with it, to the love of your life as it is - not by denying your humanness, vulnerability or imperfections but by warmly embracing them.
My Role
I am here to guide you into relationship with your parts and help you to recognise and inhabit the energy of your authentic Self in each moment.
We begin by focusing on the thoughts, emotions or symptoms that are causing you pain, or driving destructive behaviours. You begin to restore the relationship between the parts of yourself make use of challenges as strengths, rather than trying to suppress or eliminate them.
In this process we make space for you to recognise your natural, abundantly healthy, and authentic Self. You learn to stay more and more with this natural energy, allowing it to power your actions, decision-making and physical state.
By bringing awareness to your past traumas and conditioning, you will come to discover that your life is unfolding as a completely unique and exciting expression of your true Self.
Journey Outline
We start with a 20-minute call to see if we’d like to work together. If so, we then;
Have a 2-hour introductory session to get to know each other, discuss your needs, and begin explore your inner world.
The next stage is to commit to 3 sessions, each lasting about 1.5 hours, to dive deeper into your process.
If needed, we can have a second set of 3 sessions. As you become more comfortable working on your own, you can book additional sessions as needed.

Somatic inquiry
Inquiry into repressed emotion that is often ‘velcroed’ to beliefs and unconsciously driving behaviours.
Parts-work / IFS (Internal Family Systems)
Connecting with and integrating hurt parts with those that try to protect them.
Body-work
When appropriate, and with consent, I may use touch or gentle massage or ask you to place your hands on your own body.
Sand play/cards
Optional use of figurines or cards to assist in bringing to life your internal experience.
Non-dual or somatic meditation & awareness exercises
Assistance with relaxation, calming the nervous system, and connecting with your true Self.
